Team Management
LegacyAI Business and Enterprise plans come with built-in team collaboration tools. Manage access to API specs, generated MCP servers, and billing centrally from your workspace.
Roles & Permissions
When inviting users to your LegacyAI workspace, you can assign different roles to ensure the right level of access and security.
Admin
Full access to everything, including billing, API spec management, and user invitations.
Sub-admin
Can create and manage MCP projects and API specs. Optionally, admins can grant them the ability to invite others.
Member
View-only access to existing generated MCP servers and configurations.
Inviting Users
- Navigate to the Team Management section in your dashboard.
- Click Invite Member and enter their email address.
- Select their role (Admin, Sub-admin, or Member).
- If adding a Sub-admin, toggle whether they should have the ability to invite others.
- The invited user will receive an email containing a secure link to join your workspace.
Manage your team
Head over to the team settings in your application dashboard to get started.
