Welcome to LegacyAI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Free Beta Service & Resource Limits

LegacyAI is currently offered as a free beta service. To ensure fair usage and platform stability, we may apply limits on generated servers, file sizes, API requests, storage, or other platform resources. These limits may change at any time without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the OpenAPI specifications, configurations, and other content you upload to LegacyAI.

Generated Code: Subject to these Terms, you own all rights to the MCP server code generated by LegacyAI. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code without restriction.

Our Platform: LegacyAI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, platform, architecture, design, and website.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities
  • Interfere with the security or operation of LegacyAI

4. Abuse & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits
  • Upload malicious content
  • Abuse platform resources
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
  • Violate these Terms

5.No Warranty (“As-Is”)

LegacyAI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. As an MVP and beta product, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the service and generated code at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of LegacyAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
